Returns & Exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right—whether that's a replacement, exchange, or refund.

To start a return, email us at THEVILLAGE@URBANVILLAGECO.COM with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos are helpful if the item arrived damaged or defective.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Sale items are final sale unless defective
  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received something damaged or wrong? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund—no return needed.
